Which insurance plans do you accept?
Peace of Mind Consultants accepts most insurance plans and will coordinate billing directly with these payer sources. At times, a copay to the patient or responsible party may be involved. We will work with our patients in order to obtain the necessary authorizations for services. If a patient is private pay or may have difficulty making payments, our billing team is more than willing to discuss affordable payment options.
What types of facilities do you work with?
Our providers are located throughout the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. We collaborate with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Rehabilitation Centers, Nursing Homes, Long Term Care Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Memory Care, Behavioral Facilities, Dementia Units, Group Homes, and Hospitals.
Do you offer home visits?
At this time, our services are best suited for patients residing in a care facility. However, we can provide virtual transition support as care facility patients reenter the community following a discharge.
Which areas of the Valley do you service?
Peace of Mind Consultants services the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. We will provide services with the nearest consultant for enhancing availability and convenience.
Do you provide counseling?
Peace of Mind Consultants has partnered with Sentience Psychological Services, PLLC, a premier counseling agency in the Valley to provide traditional, individual, and group therapy support for long term care residents. Contact us for more information.
How often do you see the patients?
While frequency of routine patient visits is often regulated by insurance coverage, we generally advocate for seeing each patient once per month in order to maintain consistent support, monitor for any trends, and manage urgent concerns as they arise. Emergent visits are often honored in between monthly visits as needed and clinically appropriate.
How do we send a referral?
We are always happy to see new patient referrals. Please click HERE if you desire to refer patients to Peace of Mind Consultants.
How soon after making a referral could you see the patient?
In receiving referrals and upon acceptance of the patient, we do our best to conduct an initial evaluation within a 7 day period of time.
Do you offer clinical based outpatient psychiatric services?
We are actively developing partnerships with community counseling agencies towards offering outpatient psychiatric services. Availability for intake will be determined on an individual basis. Contact us for more information.
